Use of information

We have developed this website to provide you with information relating to our services. The information on this website is general information only and is provided free to you. It is not intended as, nor is it capable of being, advice on any specific problem or a replacement for individual professional medical advice, opinions or therapies advised to you by your medical practitioner.

The ImuPro test is a scientific clinical test and as such is only intended to provide information regarding possible intolerant foods (IgG mediated, type III allergies) and/or other substances. This test is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions. There is no assurance provided that any particular results will be achieved, as your condition may not be related to food intolerance. The assistance of a health care provider is advised.

Privacy policy

Your information is private and will be kept confidential and not passed on to any third parties without prior consent.

Purchase policy

ImuPro must receive your blood sample and supporting documents within 90 days of the test purchase date. There are no refunds given after 90 days. If for any reason you should require a refund during this period we are happy to oblige but please note a flat fee of $50.00 plus GST (per person, if cancelling multiple tests) will be incurred to cover administration and postage on any test. This fee does not include the international shipping fee if you have purchased from outside of Australia.
